Girl Scouts earn new badge

Congrats to Daisy Troop 10228!

The Neil Cummins’ student team earned their Rosie petals in the Hawks’ Garden and made our corner of the world a better place in the process.

The lesson for the meeting was Make the World a Better Place and they sure did.

The girls kindly brought along and planted a variety of succulent plants in the troughs outside the 5th grade classrooms.

Take a look at their recap of their meeting and visit for inspiration.

Thank you Girl Scouts, you did a beautiful job! And thank you also to the troop leaders, Karmen Elwazir and Annie Cappetta, for their effort to make this happen.
